Refund and Returns Policy

Processing time

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. You typically will have your item in hand within 5 business days. (Monday-Saturday). The west coast is typically 7 working days.

Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return conditions:

  • The product has not been used or cleaned, and the original packaging and label are retained.
  • Non customized products (standard floor mats) need to be applied for within 30 days after receipt.
  • Customized products (including LOGO/patterns) only accept returns due to quality issues (photo evidence is required).

Non returnable situation:

  • Customized products have no quality issues (due to subjective reasons such as customers choosing the wrong size/design).
  • The rubber floor mat has been installed or exposed to sunlight, causing deformation/fading.
  • Wholesale orders (MOQ ≥ 50 pieces) unless special terms are negotiated.

Return process

Submit application:

Login to account → Order Center → Select product → Fill in return reason+upload photo.

Review feedback

Email notification of audit results within 48 hours (priority given to quality issues).

After approval, send the return label (collect on delivery is not accepted).

Return the product:

Seal in original packaging or moisture-proof bag and send back to the designated warehouse.

Shipping Policy

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
